When will I receive an approval for my profile submission?
Please allow up to 3 working days for the approval. In many cases you'll already receive your confirmation e-mail on the same day. If you have a question regarding your registration, send an e-mail to webmaster {at} milliondylanfans.com.
I forgot my login, what can I do?
Click the link 'Forgot login?' on top of the page, enter the e-mail address that you've registered and you will receive a new password.
Can I change my account/profile settings?
Yes, after your login you can change your account settings and profile content as often as you want to.
Why can I not upload my profile picture?
Your picture has got to be in JPG-format, a maximum of 600 kB is allowed. If your picture cannot be uploaded it's either too big or it has the wrong file format. If you cannot solve your problems, feel free to contact the webmaster.
What's the meaning of "locations"?
All fan portraits are spread over several locations that relate to certain eras of Bob Dylan's biography. You'll find important places from his childhood home to his current estate in Malibu. Choose a place you like, you can change it at any time.
What is "Relocate"?
When you're logged in, the button "Relocate" will randomly change the position of your fan portrait on the page.
Is it possible to delete my profile?
If you really want or need to do this, please send your request to webmaster {at} milliondylanfans.com and your profile will be removed.
